“Red Hot and Blue” is a salute by the Washburn Gallery to the history of the Seventh Regiment Armory and a nod to the great 1936 Broadway musical of the same name with a selection of works by nine artists represented by the Gallery whose work is each radically different in style but expressed in these two primary colors. The artists will include Ilya Bolotowsky, Alice Trumbull Mason, Doug Ohlson, Ray Parker, Jackson Pollock, Leon Polk Smith, David Smith, Myron Stout, and Jack Youngerman.
